Arrival by car

Individual and convenient

You can reach our Sonnenhof in Mayrhofen comfortably by car. Take the Inntal motorway (A12, motorway vignette required!) to the Zillertal exit and then follow the B169 Zillertal Road for about 30 kilometres into the valley until you reach Mayrhofen. At the roundabout, continue straight ahead and pass Mayrhofen train station. Then turn left into the "Mayrhofen Mitte" entrance. Follow the road past the post centre and go straight on at the junction with the main road. After the junction, take the next side street on the right towards the adventure pool and tennis courts. Follow the road, and after a few hundred metres you will find the Sonnenhof on your right.

Arrival by train & bus

Public transport

If you are travelling by train, your journey will take you first to Jenbach, where you can change to the Zillertal Railway. This will take you directly to the final stop in Mayrhofen. From there, you can reach the Sonnenhof in about 10 minutes on foot or comfortably by taxi. For a stress-free start to your holiday.

Arrival by plane

Above the clouds

For your arrival by plane, several airports are available: Innsbruck (approx. 70 km), Salzburg (approx. 170 km) and Munich (approx. 190 km). From all airports, you can reach Mayrhofen comfortably by hire car, by train or by taxi.
