Your bicycle is safely stored here, protected from theft! The e-bike charging station keeps your battery full, and the workbench allows you to carry out small repairs.
Cancellations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions. In the event of an early departure, the full amount will be charged, minus the local tax.
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 4:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, we offer luggage storage and a changing room. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 8:30 am.
Cots are available and can be provided upon request.
A booking only becomes binding for us once a deposit has been received. The deposit also serves as a security deposit and will, of course, be refunded to you at the end of your stay.
You can help yourself to refreshing drinks from our drinks fridge at any time.
You can conveniently charge your electric vehicle at our charging station (subject to a fee).
For the final cleaning, a flat fee is charged per apartment, as stated in our price lists.
Enjoy our lovingly maintained garden for sunbathing or for your breakfast. Table tennis and a barbecue are available to our guests at any time.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions are deemed to apply.

In the Sonnenhof’s laundry room, you will find a washing machine (subject to a fee) as well as a convenient ironing facility.
The local tax in the Mayrhofen holiday region is € 3.20 per person per day (from 15 years of age).
In the lounge on the ground floor, you can spend quality time with family or friends.
During the summer months, you enjoy free admission to the outdoor and indoor pools at the Mayrhofen Adventure Pool, as well as to the Hippach Summer World.
Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding!

Dogs are welcome upon request (€ 25 per day, excluding food).

The Mayrhofen tennis court is located right next to our hotel and can be used free of charge by our guests.
We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers your deposit and any costs incurred in the event of a cancellation.
